Dato’ Sri Ghazali Bin Mohd Ali
Dato’ Sri Ghazali Mohd Ali was appointed as the Non-independent Executive Director of Boustead Holdings Berhad. He was graduated with Town and Regional Planning from Western Australia Institute of Technology. Perth Prior to joining Boustead Holdings Berhad, he held several positions in the property industry for more than 30 years. He was served as Managing Director of Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai Kerajaan Sdn Bhd (SPPK) (in English: Government Officials Housing Companies Pte Ltd), Property Director of Island & Peninsular Berhad (I&P Berhad) as well as the Deputy Director General of The Urban Development Authority of Malaysia (UDA Holdings Berhad). Presently, Dato’ Sri Ghazali Mohd Ali is the fellow of Malaysian Institute of Planners.
Datuk Ir. Khairil Anwar Bin Ahmad
Datuk Ir. Khairil Anwar Ahmad was appointed as the President / CEO of Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) on 1 November 2016.
He brings with him over 30 years of experience and has an extensive background in engineering, construction and property development. His role as the President / CEO include overseeing the strategic planning and development of the catalytic projects in Iskandar Malaysia, as well as forming collaborative efforts with federal and state agencies, global partners and other key players.
Datuk Hisham bin Hamdan
Datuk Hisham Hamdan joined Khazanah in 2011 from Sime Darby Berhad, where he served in various senior capacities, covering strategy and business development, healthcare and energy & utilities. He also has significant prior experience in equity research and investment banking.
Tn. Hj. Jamil Hajar was appointed as IIB’s Director and also MIM’s Director and Chairman, a Director at Iskandar Waterfront Sdn Bhd and Chairman/Director at Iskandar Coast Sdn Bhd.
He had served in the Government of Malaysia Judicial and Legal Service in various capacities from 1976 to 1985. Prior to his retirement in 2008, he was the Executive Vice President and Company Secretary at Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Berhad where he had served in various capacities for more than 20 years.
He graduated in Law (LLB) from the University of London in 1974. He also holds a Masters in Law from City University London in 1975 and Barrister at Law from Lincoln’s Inn in 1976.
Badrul Hisham Bin Dahalan
Mr. Badrul Hisham Bin Dahalan has been a Director of Iskandar Investment Berhad.
Tuan Haji Noorazam bin Dato’ Haji Osman
Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd (KPRJ) recently appointed Haji Noorazam bin Dato’ Haji Osman as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Prior to this, Haji Mohd Noorazam was the Deputy State Secretary of Johor cum CEO of the Johor SUKMA 2020 Secretariat. He is also the CEO for Sports Johor Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of KPRJ) which primarily acts as supporting organisers for SUKMA Johor 2020.
He brings almost 27 years of experience to the demands of his new post. Excelling in manning many key state and public sector positions has proved Noorazam’s abilities in holding the said responsibilities.
He also played a key role in the establishment and early developments at Iskandar Malaysia by positioning the region as a destination for investment and he is also responsible in the planning and development of the RAPID project in Pengerang.
Selvendran A/L Katheerayson
Mr. Selvendran currently serves as Director of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad and had joined Khazanah in January 2006, as Vice President in the Transformation Management Office.
Selvendran was previously employed with Motorola Inc. where he was a Project Manager overseeing network infrastructure roll-out projects in Asia. Prior to that, he was at Maxis Communications Berhad., where he served in the areas of infrastructure development and product strategy. Selvendran started his career at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young as a Tax Assistant in June 1994.
Selvendran holds a Master in Public Administration degree from Harvard University, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Hull and an Honours degree in Law from the University of London.
